Standard Design and Construction features include:
The blower consists of an impeller mounted directly on a
motor shaft and is rotated at speeds of up to 3,600 RPM.
On the periphery of the impeller is a large number of
radial blades. The impeller is typically positioned between
two end-plates with the blades located wit a channel on
either side - hence the name "side-channel".
These blowers incorporate the latest refinements in regenerative
blower technology, including improved power to performance
ratio, lower sound emissions, optional intake/exhaust positions,
and reduced weight. |
