FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS :::

Question:
We already have a high speed centrifugal blower/motor assembly but the blower keeps failing. What can we do?

  Answer:
You can use a "Retrokit Assembly". A Retrokit Assembly is all the necessary hardware (brackets, motor pulley, bushings, etc.) that you will need to change out your existing blower with your new EP10(A) blower head.

  Question:
Where are blowers and airknives used?

  Answer:
Many times, a customer (either an OEM or End User) has a need to either remove moisture or cool-down product as it is being conveyed. Based on application specifics, we can provide you with the most appropriate system for your needs.

  Question:
We use compressed air to dry/cool-down and it work just fine. Why should we change?

  Answer:

Compressed air is the most expensive source of “air”. Most people assume that plant air is free. We can help put together a comparison on how much your plant air is costing you to dry/cool-down your product and even provide you with system pay-off analysis.

Typical system pay-off can range between 45 days to 280 days depending on compressed air usage and the number of shifts/days worked.

  Question:
What blower is best suited for my application?

  Answer:

Blowers are used for all types of applications. They can be used for Airknife Drying Systems, Aeration, Vacuum Extraction, cooling, Pneumatic Conveying, Gas Boosting, and Heated Process Air.

Tell us your application and we will design the most appropriate system.

  Question:

1. Regenerative Blowers

2. PD (Roots Type) Blowers
